Sort Your Saved Reels Into Collections You Can Find Again

確認済み 2026-10-19

A muse connected to your Instagram saves can sort a large pile of saved Reels into named collections by topic, so the recipe, the repair tip, or the place you saved months ago takes seconds to find instead of a long scroll.

What it does

Saving a Reel takes one tap, so most people save far more than they ever sort. After a year, the saved folder is a single long stream with no order, and finding one item in it is slower than searching the internet again. A muse can work through that backlog for you. It can sort hundreds of saved Reels into collections. It watches what each Reel is about, groups the ones that belong together, and names each group in plain words, like meals, home repairs, places to visit, or exercises. You review the groups before they are final, move anything that landed in the wrong place, and merge groups that are too close to be useful apart. After that, saving still takes one tap, but finding takes a quick look in the right collection.

How to use it

  1. Connect your Instagram account so the muse can see your saved Reels and collections.
  2. Say: "Sort my saved Reels into collections by topic. Show me the collection names and a few examples from each before you move anything."
  3. Fix the plan while it is still a plan. Rename collections in your own words, merge small ones, and split any group that covers too much.
  4. Approve the sort, then spot-check a few collections to make sure items landed where you would look for them.
  5. Ask for a top-up sort every few months, so new saves get filed instead of piling up again.

What you need

  • A muse account with Instagram connected
  • A saved Reels folder worth sorting
  • A few minutes to review the collection names before anything moves

What to watch for

  • Sorting is judgment, not fact. A Reel about cooking outdoors could belong with meals or with camping. Put it where you would look first, not where it fits best on paper.
  • Review before you approve, especially with a large backlog. Moving hundreds of items on a bad grouping plan creates a second mess that is harder to undo.
  • Some saves are private or personal. If a topic should stay out of shared collections, say so at the start and leave those items unsorted.
  • The muse does the sorting, you decide how your collections should be organized.
