Search Years of Medical Records for the Detail Your Team Missed

When care has stretched across years and clinics, one test result or old medication can sit buried in records no one has time to reread. A muse can read the whole file, search it for the specific tests and medicines you name, and surface the exact pages your care team has been unable to locate.

What it does

This is a search job, not a collecting job. You may already have the records and still not find the one page that matters. The muse can work through a file of hundreds of pages spanning years of care, and surface tests and medications that a specialist care team has not been able to locate. The muse does not skim or get tired. It can check every mention of a drug name, a lab test, or a date range, then point you to the page where each one appears.

How to use it

1. Give the muse the records in a form it can read, such as portal exports or PDF files, and say what you are hunting for: "Find every mention of this medication and every result for this test."
2. Set the time window: "Search the full history, not just the recent visits."
3. Ask for page-level answers: "For each match, give me the date, the provider, and the page it appears on."
4. Take the short list to your appointment, or send it to the care team through the portal yourself.
5. Ask follow-ups while the file is loaded: "Now find when that dose changed, and what was ordered at the same visit."

What you need

• Your records in readable files, from portal exports, scans you can download, or a records release you already received
• The tests, medicines, or dates you want found, spelled as they appear in the file if you know them
• A private place to keep the results

What to watch for

• The muse finds and points. It does not interpret results, change treatment, or contact your doctors. Medical decisions stay with you and your care team.
• Scanned pages with poor image quality can hide text. If a year looks thin in the results, that may be a scanning problem, not an empty year.
• These are your most sensitive files. Share only the records the search needs, keep the results somewhere private, and clear the muse's memory of them when the job is done.
• Check each surfaced page yourself before you rely on it. A matching name on the wrong date is easy to catch and costly to miss.
