Reformat Your Portal Lessons in One Batch

Verified 2026-10-14

A muse can take a set of existing lessons for your course or member portal and reformat the whole batch into one clean, consistent layout, instead of you fixing each lesson by hand.

What it does

Anyone who runs a small course knows the slow job: lessons built at different times, headings in different places, links and downloads pasted in wherever they fit. Hand the muse the lessons and the layout you want, and it works through the set, applying the same structure to each one and checking its own output as it goes.

The job is the repeatable part: same rules, many pages, done in one pass while you do other work.

How to use it

  1. Pick one finished lesson you like and call it the model. If none is clean yet, write the rules in plain words: heading order, where downloads go, how links should look.
  2. Hand over a small test batch first, three lessons, and compare the results against the model.
  3. Correct the misses in plain words, then release the rest of the set in one batch.
  4. Spot-check the longest lesson and any lesson with tables, prices, or dates before you publish.
  5. Keep the original files untouched until the new set has passed your check.

What you need

  • Access to the portal or the lesson files
  • One model lesson or a short written layout rule set
  • Time to review a test batch before the full run

What to watch for

Reformatting can quietly move things. A heading can swallow a paragraph, a download link can point at an old file, and a price or date can get copied into the wrong lesson. That is why the test batch and the spot-check matter more than the speed. Do not let the muse publish the reformatted set on its own. It prepares the pages, you approve them, then they go live.
