What it does

What to watch for

• Measure before you order, not after. A big box that cannot turn a stairwell corner turns a smooth delivery into a return trip.
• The helper is a stranger with your address and a valuable item. Use a marketplace booking with its own payment and record, not cash, and meet the delivery at the door.
• Ask who is responsible if the set is damaged in transit. Pickup stock is usually your responsibility once the helper collects it, so check the marketplace guarantee before booking.
• Keep the box until the return window closes. Big sets go back in their original packaging or not at all.
