Keep a Table for Beauty Treatments That Run on a Schedule

Verified 2026-10-26

A muse can keep one table for the beauty treatments you repeat on a set interval, showing the last date, the next due date, and the clinic, plus booking dates that fit your calendar and work shifts.

What it does

Many treatments only work if they are repeated on time: a set number of weeks between visits, no sooner, not much later. Most people track this in their heads and book late; a muse can hold the schedule instead. You give it each treatment once, with the interval the clinic advised. It builds a table with the treatment name, the interval, the last visit date, the next due date, and the clinic. It checks clinic websites to confirm details and prices, and reads your calendar and work shifts to suggest dates on days you are actually free. After each visit, you tell it the date and the table updates.

How to use it

  1. List your regular treatments in plain words: the name, the clinic, and how many weeks should pass between visits.
  2. Give the date of your last visit for each one. A booking confirmation in your email is enough for the muse to find it.
  3. Ask for the table: "Show each treatment, the last date, the next date I am due, and the clinic."
  4. Connect your calendar, or paste your work shifts, and ask it to suggest dates near each due date that do not clash.
  5. Check the prices and details it brings back before you book.
  6. After each appointment, send one short message with the date you went, and let the table roll forward.

What you need

  • A muse account
  • The interval for each treatment, as advised by your clinic
  • Your last visit date for each treatment
  • Calendar or work-shift access, if you want booking dates suggested

What to watch for

  • The interval matters for results and for safety. Use the spacing your clinic gave you, not a guess, and if the muse suggests a date sooner than that spacing, do not take it.
  • A due date is a guide, not a booking. The muse can suggest the day and check the price, but the appointment is only real once the clinic confirms it.
  • Clinics rename treatments and change prices without notice. A quick check of what it found is worth doing before you pay a deposit.
  • Health details in the table are yours. Keep the list to what the schedule needs: treatment, interval, dates, and clinic. Nothing more has to be shared.
