Hand the Muse the Broken Website
Sometimes a website defeats you: a page loops you in circles, a form refuses to submit, and you give up. A muse can take over from exactly that point, work around the dead end, and finish the job you abandoned.
What it does
You tell the muse what you were trying to do and where it broke. It signs into the site, hits the same wall you did, then tries the alternate path: a documented workaround, a different login route, an unclaimed membership or credit buried in your account. It keeps going where a person would have closed the tab. When something genuinely needs you, like typing a two-factor code, it pauses and hands it back.
How to use it
- Describe the task and the exact point where you got stuck: "I was trying to rejoin my health plan and claim the family membership, but the claim page keeps looping."
- Let it log in. You approve the sign-in and type any codes yourself.
- Let it work. It will try the workarounds it can find instead of stopping at the first failure.
- Ask it to show you what changed when it is done: the applied membership, the credit, the confirmation screen.
What you need
- Logins the muse can use, approved by you one step at a time
- A clear description of what you were trying to do and where it broke
What to watch for
Not every dead end has a workaround. Some sites block automated help with anti-bot software, and a redirect loop may just be a broken site, full stop. The muse cannot pretend to be you for identity checks, so anything needing a real person, like an ID upload or a signature, comes back to you. Stay in the loop: ask what it changed before it changes anything, and check the confirmation yourself.
