Get an Alert When the Price Moves
Watching a stock or a coin all day is a job nobody asked for. A muse can check the price on a schedule and ping you only when it moves enough to matter.
What it does
Give your muse a list of stocks or crypto you hold or care about, a check interval (every six hours, for example), and a threshold (tell me if it moved more than two percent since the last report). It checks quietly and stays silent when nothing changed. You get a short alert when a price crosses your line, which is the only part you actually needed.
How to use it
- Name what to watch: the ticker symbols or coin names.
- Set the rhythm: "Check every six hours."
- Set the trigger: "Tell me only if it moved more than two percent from the last time you reported."
- When an alert arrives, open your brokerage or exchange and confirm the price before doing anything.
What you need
- The symbols you want watched
- A standing instruction with the interval and the percentage trigger
- A way to reach you when an alert fires
What to watch for
An alert is information, not advice. Markets move fast and prices the muse reports can lag the live market, so always check the real number before trading. The muse reports and watches; it does not buy or sell unless you set that up separately. If a price whips around your threshold, expect a few pings. Widen the threshold if it gets noisy.
