Get a Weekly Business Brief Built From Your Own Business

確認済み 2026-10-23

A muse can write you a weekly brief about your own business, built from your own pages, posts, email, and calendar instead of from a generic template.

What it does

Most weekly summaries could have been written for anyone. A brief built from your connected business presence reads differently. The muse can see what your Facebook Page and Instagram and Threads accounts actually posted, what performed, what your recent email threads are about, and what sits on your calendar. The brief pulls from that real material: what happened this week, what your audience responded to, what is still open, and what deserves your attention next. The details are specific to your shop, studio, or service, not advice copied from a marketing blog. You read it, correct anything that is off, and decide what to act on.

How to use it

  1. Connect the accounts the brief should draw on: your business email, your calendar, and your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads presence if you use them for the business.
  2. Describe the brief in plain words: "Every Monday morning, write me a one-page brief on my business: what we posted, what got a response, any customer threads still waiting, and the three things that matter most this week."
  3. Read the first brief closely and fix the shape. Say what to add, what to drop, and how long it should be.
  4. Run it for a few weeks before you judge it. The brief gets sharper as the muse sees more of your normal week.

What you need

  • A muse account
  • Your business email and calendar connected
  • Your business social accounts connected, if you want the brief to cover them
  • Ten minutes on the first week to shape the format

What to watch for

  • The brief is only as good as what it can see. If most of your customer contact happens by phone or in person, say so, or the brief will overweight what happens online.
  • Check names, dates, and numbers before you act on them. A brief can misread a tangled email thread, for example by saying a message was never sent when it was. Read it as a draft, not a record.
  • Start with read access. The brief needs to read your accounts, not post or send from them, and you can keep it that way.
  • It is normal if an agent reading across your business accounts sounds strange at first. You can review what it remembers, edit it, or disconnect an account at any time.
