Get a Morning Scan of the Groups and Forums Where Your Customers Talk
If your customers gather in a few Facebook groups or Reddit communities, a muse can watch those places daily and send a morning summary with links to the posts worth your time, plus a draft reply for each one.
What it does
Finding the right conversations by hand means scrolling feeds that are mostly not for you. A muse can do the scanning instead. You name the groups and communities to watch and the topics that matter to your work, such as people asking for a recommendation or describing a problem you solve. The muse checks those places daily, picks out the posts that match, and delivers a short summary with a link to each post so you can open it in one tap. It also drafts a reply for each post it finds. You read the summary, open the posts that look real, edit the drafts into your own words, and post the ones you approve. Nothing goes out under your name without you.
How to use it
- Name the places: "Watch these two Facebook groups and these subreddits every day."
- Name the topics in plain words: "Flag posts where someone is asking for help, complaining about a problem I solve, or looking for a tool like mine."
- Set the delivery: "Send me one summary at 8 in the morning with a link to each matching post and a draft reply under each link."
- Read the first few summaries closely and correct the aim. If it misses posts you care about, say so in plain words, such as "also flag posts about pricing mistakes," and the watch widens.
- Keep the last step yours. Edit every draft before you post it, or write your own reply from the summary link.
What you need
- A muse with access to the groups and communities you want watched. Public communities are the simplest case.
- A short list of topics worth flagging, written the way your customers talk.
- A few minutes each morning to read the summary.
What to watch for
- Draft replies can sound too eager to sell and not enough like you. Treat them as a starting point, never as ready to send.
- A narrow topic list misses real conversations. Expect to widen it once or twice in the first week.
- Follow each community's rules about self-promotion. A helpful reply is welcome in most places; a copy and paste pitch is not.
- The muse prepares, you decide. It finds and drafts; posting stays your call, every time.
