What it does

Tax time usually means digging through email, bank portals, and payroll sites for the same forms, one download at a time. A muse can do the digging as one job. What to watch for

Forms arrive on different dates. A form that is missing in January may simply not have been issued yet, so run the job once early to build the folder and again closer to filing to catch late arrivals. Check every document it files before your accountant relies on it: a statement from the wrong year or the wrong account can slip into a big folder.
