Find the Emails You Sent That Never Got a Reply
Some of the most important threads in your outbox are the ones that went quiet: the question you asked, the proposal you sent, and then nothing. A muse can search your sent mail for threads where you asked or proposed something and never got a reply, then draft a gentle follow up for each one in your own tone, for your approval.
What it does
You pick the window, such as the last few weeks of sent mail. The muse reads those threads and keeps only the ones where the ball is in the other person's court: you asked a question or put something forward, and no reply came back. Newsletters, receipts, and threads that already resolved are skipped. For each quiet thread, the muse writes a short follow up that matches the tone of your original message, so a casual note gets a casual nudge and a formal one stays formal, written as a light reminder, not a guilt trip. You get one list showing the recipient, the subject, how long the thread has been quiet, and the draft. Nothing is sent until you approve each draft on its own.
How to use it
- Connect your email and name the window: "Look through my sent mail from the last month."
- Set the filter in plain words: "Find threads where I asked a question or proposed something and never got a reply. Skip newsletters, receipts, and anything already resolved."
- Review the list first, before any drafts. Cross off threads you are leaving quiet on purpose.
- Check that the tone matches and the ask is still the one you want to make.
- Approve the drafts one by one. Edit or drop any that feel off. A dropped draft costs nothing.

What to watch for
- Quiet does not always mean forgotten. Some replies arrive by phone, in person, or in another app, and the thread still looks unanswered. Check before you approve a nudge.
- One follow up is polite. Two in a row starts to press. If a thread has already had a nudge from you, leave it off the list.
- Tone matching works from your original message, so if the original was rushed, read the draft with extra care before it goes.
- The muse drafts and lists, you decide what sends. Keep the approval step on while you learn which threads it judges well.
