File Your Apple Intelligence Settlement Claim
A muse can check whether your iPhone qualifies for the Apple Intelligence settlement, find the serial number the claim form needs, and fill in the form with you, so a small payout does not get lost in paperwork.
What it does
The settlement covers people who bought an iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, for personal or business use and not for resale. The expected payment is about $25 per qualifying phone, capped at $95, depending on how many valid claims come in. The form asks for your contact details and the phone serial number, not a receipt. A muse can search your email for the order confirmation that carries that number, check your model and purchase date against the rules, and draft the claim on the official settlement site. You choose how to be paid, by check, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer, and you confirm the declaration before anything is sent.
How to use it
- Tell the muse which iPhone model you bought, roughly when, and that you bought it in the United States.
- Ask it to check those details against the settlement rules and tell you plainly whether you qualify.
- Ask it to search your email for the serial number. If it cannot find it, read the number from Settings, then General, then About on the phone.
- Let it fill in the claim form, then pick your payout method yourself.
- Read the declaration it shows you and say yes in your own words before it submits. One claim goes in for each qualifying phone.
What you need
- A qualifying iPhone bought in the United States in the window above
- Email connected, or the phone itself so you can read the serial number
- A payout choice and a few minutes to review the form
- The deadline in mind: claims close on December 21, 2026
What to watch for
- Only the official settlement site counts. If a page asks for a fee to file, close it: filing is free.
- The payment will not arrive fast. A final court hearing is set for late September 2027, and payments come after that, so treat this as money filed and forgotten, not money in hand.
- If you bought two qualifying phones, each one needs its own claim. Do not assume one form covers both.
- The muse prepares and fills in. You decide, because the declaration says the facts are true, and that statement has to be yours.
